I understand that this program is unaccredited (unless it is though an affiliation with the University). Our facilities have been accommodating students, graduates and residents from Canada and overseas. The clinical observership is intended strictly for those interested in gaining Canadian clinical experience in the fields of Family Medicine, and Pediatrics`. You will shadow our licenced physicians for each patient encounter, assist in conducting patient interviews, and creating differential diagnoses and management plans under the guidance of a preceptor. Touching patients, providing medical recommendations or treatment are not allowed. You are not authorized to practice medicine.
This observership rotation does not imply that you are a Canadian Physician or can be used towards licensing accreditation.
PHOTO RELEASE. By entering Canadian Observerships and participating in the ACTIVITIES, I hereby grant Canadian Observerships the irrevocable right and permission to photograph and/or record me in connection with Canadian Observerships and to use the photograph and/or recording for promotional purposes.
